Allan Botica Allan Botica

Allan is regarded as one of New Zealand’s most experienced and influential public relations consultants.

He founded the company in 1987 drawing on his US experience to build the foundations of a full service public relations consultancy focused on the then-fledgling information technology industry.

Allan has been involved in many major communications and public relations campaigns over the past 25 years, specialising in complex, challenging and innovative matters.

He is an experienced media trainer and is in demand as a lecturer, presenter and conference chair. He served as Chairman of the New Zealand chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators from 1998 to 2001 and holds a D.Phil (Oxon).

Sally Raudon Sally Raudon

Managing Director, Sally Raudon, leads the business and provides high-level counsel on communications strategy, stakeholder relations and issue management.

She is a highly regarded advisor on media and government and regulatory affairs and an expert in crisis communications and litigation support.

Sally is an experienced media trainer and regularly presents at seminars and conferences on digital strategies, crisis management and emerging industry trends.

Rachael Joel Rachael Joel

Rachael has a background in publishing and extensive experience in corporate communications and reputation management. She works with Fortune 500 companies and fast growing businesses in established and emerging sectors providing strategic counsel, media relations, issue management, event management and editorial services.

Rachael holds an APR (Accredited in Public Relations), a globally recognized mark of distinction for public relations professionals.

Fred Russo Fred Russo

Fred is an experienced public relations campaigner and leads the company’s social offerings, influencer campaigns and brand activations. A one-time international athlete, Fred is a former NCAA Division I springboard diver. After college he became a circus manager for a leading international resort company, where he was responsible for recruiting and training trapeze artists throughout Asia Pacific.

“Trapeze is all about trust, timing, flawless execution and grace under pressure,” says Fred. “That transfers really well into public relations.”

Fred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University.
